Fresh and easy homemade taste.
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon basil
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1 cup Reiter™ Buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon bottled hot sauce, optional
Blend all ingredients with a whisk. Store in small airtight container in refrigerator. Keeps approximately four weeks. Yield: 2 cups.
TO PREPARE TO USE AS A DIP: Reiter ™ Sour Cream replaces Reiter ™ Buttermilk. (Recipe may be doubled.)
This recipe uses Reiter Cultured Sour Cream.
