Buttermilk Chocolate Cake

A wonderful moist cake that everyone enjoys with Reiter ice cream.
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
2 sq. chocolate
2 sticks butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Reiter buttermilk
Boil water, chocolate squares and butter together. Mix with flour and sugar. Mix together eggs, vanilla and Reiter buttermilk. Add to rest of ingredients and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350º for 30 min.
Icing:
1 sq. chocolate
1 stick butter
6 tablespoons Reiter milk
1 box powdered sugar
Heat first three ingredients together. Remove from heat. Blend in powdered sugar until smooth. Put on top of cool cake.
This recipe uses Reiter Cultured Lowfat Buttermilk.
