Bananas are the perfect breakfast food. Full of the potassium needed for a busy day, they also make this super simple breakfast shake extra creamy without added fat!
Wrap sliced banana in plastic wrap or place in freezer storage bag. Freeze several hours or overnight.
In a blender container, combine all ingredients, except cinnamon. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
